Each month, I’ll explore a different topic or theme & we’ll gather in community to dive deeper.
There will be dedicated time for Q&A, so please bring any questions around where you are feeling stuck—either in your individual healing work or a course of mine that you’re working through.

As children, we make sense of our needs not being met by blaming ourselves. We see ourselves as “bad” or “wrong” as the environment is lacking. In this way, unworthiness is a lifesaving survival strategy. When we look for how it shows up in our adult lives, we can consciously lay it to rest. The truth is that we each came in as perfect, whole, magnanimous beings. This class covers unworthiness, how to identify its root causes and reframe your relationship to it.
This class explores what rage is and what meaning it carries. We discuss what it means to live a joyful life without bypassing or turning away from our anger and rage.
Inner Child Work is a profound way of working with our core material. For those of us who are parents, our children initiate us into deeper healing by activating our unconscious material. This is powerful and nurturing transmission for any parents or caregivers who want support and orientation around how to receive the teachings our children bring.
This class dives deeper into self-loathing and The Critical Voice. We explore the life-saving nature of self-loathing and how to do the courageous work of learning to love ourselves into wholeness. We explore where this critical voice comes from and how as adults we are tasked with separating from it in order to recognize & celebrate its purpose… while allowing it to unwind & heal.
This class covers how to work with your receptors—the site that contracted and closed when we were made to go without childhood needs or desires—and recognize when they are being activated to be healed.
